Playday Sign Up:
Sign-ups for weekly playdates will be sent out via GOLF GENIUS on the Monday evening at 8pm, 8 days prior to the playdate. The email will let you know that signups are open for that playdate. Players can go into GOLF GENIUS and select their preferred, but not guaranteed, tee time.
How Players can Register for and Change Tee Times :
Once the tournament chair sends the email via Golf Genius, players can sign up for the round and select their tee time. They can do this by following the instructions below:
- Go to the Open Tee Times page on the event or league portal.
- If the player is logged into the portal, they will not be asked to search and select their name from the dropdown. If the player is not logged in they will not see their name and will have to log in.
- After selecting their name in the dropdown, they will click "Next".
- The player can then click "Select" for the tee time they would like to choose.
- You will not be allowed to sign up other players.
- Click "Done" to save the tee time.
The player will get an automated email confirming they successfully registered for a tee time, other players in the group, date, and round name.
When signups are open and through the Friday prior at 5pm, players can still return to this page to change their tee time (if desired) as many times as they want. They can do this by selecting the options above the tee sheet (as shown in the example below). At 5pm the Friday prior the Tee times will close and any changes must be made though the 18 hole tournament chair. 18holetournamentcgwgc@gmail.com
