It’s time to hit the links with the Relief Fund and “Putt Out Cancer”. Join us on May 6th as the Relief Fund will be hosting its 7th Annual Golf Tournament. This annual outing assists in raising the necessary funds to continue the mission of the Relief Fund and to fund our cancer screening initiative, member assistance program, and scholarship program!

 

 

FORMAT: Four-person scramble

 

SCHEDULE: 

  • 7:00 am - Registration Opens and Breakfast
  • 8:00 am - Shotgun Start
  • 12:30 pm - Golf Ball Drop 
  • 1:00 pm - Lunch and Awards

 

REGISTRATION FEE: $200 per player/ $800 per foursome. Registration includes 18 holes of golf, custom golf balls, a special golfer gift, breakfast, and lunch!
