Rules of Play:

All Play is governed by the Rules of Golf and Decisions established by Golf Canada 

 

 

Scorecards:

Please return Scorecards after completion of your round to the proshop. 

 

 

Tees:

• All Male Professionals under 65 will play the GOLD TEES
• All Male Professionals 65+ will play the BLUE TEES
• All Female Professionals will play the GREEN TEES

 

Rules:

• We will not have an on course rules official at this year's event. If you have any ruling questions, please play 2 balls and inform  the Tournament committee following your round. 
• All penalty areas should be clearly marked red or yellow. For balls suspected to be lost outside a penalty area play a provisional ball under rule 18.3a
• Slow Play is strongly discouraged. Pace of play is expected to be 4 hours and 20 minutes. Rule 5.6a in relation to unreasonable delay of play is in effect. 
• Second Ball Rule 3-3 If in doubt as to correct procedure: • Announce which ball you wish to score with • Play a second ball, holing both balls out • Count strokes with each ball. • Ask the rules committee for a ruling before signing your score card.
• All roads and cart paths, including those not artificially surfaced, control boxes, railway ties (including those that border bunkers) are IMMOVABLE OBSTRUCTIONS. Relief may be taken under rule 24-2 If interference occurs in a bunker, then relief must be taken in the bunker.
• Any shot striking the overhead wires between hole #9 and #18 MUST be replayed, NO PENALTY.

 

 

Inclement Weather:

• In the case of a weather delay, we will notify if and when players need to return to the clubhouse or find protection on the course.

 

Contactless Scoring:

All scoring will be handled using the Golf Genius application. If you have not yet done so, please download the Golf Genius application on your smart phone before beginning your round.
