FORMAT

Amateur players only, no professionals allowed. 54-hole stroke play event. Gross and Net scores will be calculated using player's index as of June 5, 2024

**PRACTICE ROUNDS | $30+TAX- STARTING MAY 20, 2024

• May be scheduled 3 days in advance by calling the Golf Shop at 480-917-6660, extension 1.

 

• Anytime Monday-Thursday and after 12:00pm Friday-Sunday.
  • **MEMORIAL DAY, MAY 27th - AFTER 12pm

 

**The courses played for the Championship may NOT always be available during the time at which a tee time request is made. 

 

PAIRINGS

First Round and Second Round Pairings will be available by 5:00pm Thursday, June 6, 2024. Tee times will range between 10:30am and 12:30pm off each number 1 tee box. 

 

Final Round Pairings will be available by 6:00pm Saturday, June 8, 2024 

 

CADDIES

Caddies are permitted for the Championship. They must walk at all times unless there is an available seat in one of the player’s carts. Caddies riding in a cart MUST NOT displace a player.

 

GOLF CART USE

Players may walk but are permitted to ride in carts and cart fees are covered in the tournament entry fee.

 

POSTING SCORES TO GHIN

Ocotillo Golf Club  will post all tournament scores to GHIN following the event. Players should not re-post event scores.

 

PAYOUTS

Payouts will be paid out to the top 1/3 in each division in the form of gift cards to Ocotillo Golf Club. Specific payout amounts will be posted once final round scoring is complete. Gift cards will be made available within 48 hours of the completed final round of the championship. Ocotillo Golf Club will mail any gift cards at the request of the players. 

 

WITHDRAW POLICY 

Prior to the Entry Deadline, players may withdraw from the championship and receive a full refund by contacting Sean Paul, Head Golf Professional, by email spaul@arcisgolf.com or calling 480-917-6660, ex.1125 and leaving a message. 

 

After the Entry Deadline has passed, any withdraw will be considered a “late withdraw.” Tournament entry fees will only be returned if the player’s position in the field is filled by an alternate.
