Thank you for your interest in the Jim Waterfield Memorial Golf Tournament.  Please make sure to fill out the registration form for all 4 of your players.  If you don't have a full team yet, but want to make sure to save your spot in the tournament, please put TBA for your other players.  Cost is $125 per player ($500 for the team).  Tournament includes: Closest to the Pin and Long Drive Competitions, Raffle Prizes, Toilet Bowl Drive off of #1, Breakfast and Lunch and Goodie Bags.  After registration is complete, you will receive an email with payment options.  If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Steele at (806) 372-7960 or jennifer@wesleycc.com.

Sponsorship Information:

Tee Box Signs - $150.00 or 4 for $500.00 (a sign with your business name and/or logo placed on a tee box on the golf course for all players to see)

Corporate Sponsor - $550.00 (Your business name or logo displayed on the corporate banner at the event.  This banner is displayed in the Wesley Gymnasium for 1 year.  This sponsorship does include a team entry into the event.)

Cart Sponsor - $1500.00 (Your business name or logo on 32 golf carts)

Cart Sponsor - $2500.00 (Your business name or logo on 64 golf carts)

Toilet Hole Sponsor - $1000.00 (Sponsor the Toilet Bowl Shot on #1)
