2024 MAPGA Stroke Play Championship #1 (Silvercrest Cup Q) 
This is a Player of the Year Points Event for the Open and Women's Categories

Date: April 15th, 2024 

Location: Rolling Road Golf Club- Catonsville, MD 

Eligibility:  MAPGA Class A Members & Associates, Master Professionals, Life Members and Retired Members.  All must be in good standing as of the entry deadline and tournament date.

Entry Fee: $135 per person. 

Start Times: Tee Times starting at approximately 8:00 AM.  

Format: 18 holes of Individual Stroke Play.

Practice Area for Event: Rolling Road does not have a full range but has a short game area that you can hit shots up to 150 yards and also a hitting net.  Jim Kardash, PGA at Arundel Golf Park is gracious enough to allow players to warm up at no charge if you would like to practice.  They have a full range.

Silvercrest Qualifying:  This is a Silvercrest qualifying event. There are no Senior Divisions for this event. Everyone participating in this event in competing for a qualifying position.  

Tees: There will be two sets of tees with Regular Women playing at approximately 85% of the distance of Regular Men.

Ties: A tie for first place only in either the Regular shall be decided by a sudden death playoff beginning immediately following completion of play. All other ties shall split prize money and POY points.

Optional Contests: There will be an optional $100.00 Players Pool (30% of Players Pool entrants paid) and an optional $20 skins game. If there is no skins, the money from the skins game will be donated to a local charity. There will be one skins game for all Seniors.
