Please complete the forms accordingly and Hampshire Golf will automatically enter you in to the tournaments you are eligible to compete in.
Submitting an entry in to the 36 Hole Event qualifies the player to win their age group as well as the overall Championship Prize.
Please note, only one prize voucher is permitted per player but more than one trophy can be awarded.
The Draw/Ballot for this event will take place the day after close of entry, the Handicap Index on this date will be used.
