WGA-18 Big Canoe Cup

Overview:

Big Canoe Cup Points are accumulated by each WGA-18 participant for virtually every event they participate in throughout the 2024 year.  At the end of the season, the top 16 players, along with 4 captain’s picks, comprise the two teams that compete in the Big Canoe Cup Tournament.

Points are earned in two ways, Participation Points and Award Points.  The amount of Participation Points earned vary depending on the type of event.  For example, players earn more points for playing in tournaments than for a Play Day.  Award Points for 2024 are tied to the number of Big Canoe Bucks paid for winning / placing in the events listed below.  The final day to earn points is Saturday, October 12.

Participation Points:

For each WGA-18 tournament or play day that you play in, you will earn the following points:

Play Days:  5 Participation Points

One-day Tournament:  10 Participation Points

Two-day Tournament: 20 Participation Points
