Please understand that we will always do our best to be fair but at the same time run a professional tour. We take pride in working with the golf course that once we commit our final # we will pay all entry fees, so the following apply:

 

 

1. You are entitled to a 100% refund for any reason within one week of the event if the event has not sold out. 

 

2. If you cancel the week of the event but before the pairings have been sent out you are entitled to a tour credit and transfer into a future event.

 

3. If you cancel after the pairings have been sent out but within two days of the event, we will work with you to transfer your entry minus a $25 fee to a future event.

 

4. If you cancel within 24 hours of your tee time and or withdraw during play for any reason no refund will be given.
