TOURNAMENT INFO  

 

The NAGT Queen City AM Tour proudly returns to a 15th anniversary original from the Golf Channel AM Tour days and long awaited return to Jack Nicklaus revamped Grizzly Course at Kings Island! Players will chase the Queen City Cup by competing in this joint prize pool 18 hole Gross Cash Scratch Game! The Bear Trap should provide a great test for the tri-states top amateurs who will compete in a variety of flights and optional side contests! Our tour and this tournament are OPEN TO ALL; no membership is required to register. 

 

Your tournament entry fee includes a greens fee, cart fee, range balls, prize pool set at $20 per player, and our tournament fees which covers our tournament software, trophies, and operating fee. Thank you for your support of our local business! 

 

Registration Opens at 10am and all players are expected to check in with us at least 30 minutes before their tee time. 

*Tee Times can be found on the Players Information tab above along with a email and text before the event. Check all communication on tee times here and mobile up to the morning of our event as times and pairings can change if players cancel past the deadline.  

 

Cash Payouts;

  • We will crown and Overall Gross Champion who will earn a large trophy and cash prize pool payout. Top 25% finishers will also earn a cash payout. 
  • The Top 4 players in Gross will qualify for the season ending shootout at Shaker Run and have a chance to win FREE golf in 2025 as part of the Queen City Cup! For how it works, please view the player information tab above. 
  • Flights 1-6 will also be awarded a personalized trophy, official tour win, and earn points. No payout which will go to the overall gross. 
  • Side game winners will be awarded post round in person as those contests end. You do not have to be present to win and can pick up your winnings at a future event if you prefer not to wait.

*You can purchase online with your registration, anytime with venmo, or the day of with cash. Pricing is per contest below:

  • Field Skins Game, Skills Contest, and Raffle

 

FLIGHTS/TEE BOXES-

  • Flight 1-6 offered based on # of entries; a min. of 8 players is required for stand alone flights; if the Open or Senior flights are under 8 players they will be combined.
  • If Seniors are combined with Open then in some flights Seniors will be play shorter yardages to help balance flight competition. 
  • Super Seniors in some cases will be moved up closer than Senior yardages. 
  • Ladies will play shorter yardages based on flights. 
  • If Flights are combined; points will remain assigned to your specific Open or Senior flight and count towards player of the year standings.

SCORING

The NAGT does our best to "go green" and will not issue scorecards but instead use Live scoring through our tournament software as the official scoring. Players should load the Golf Genius app which will be used to conduct LIVE scoring. Players will receive a GGID code to score and can locate that code on a pre event pairings email, text, and or cart sign.

 

PLAYER PREVIEW

 

Players will be emailed a detailed player preview a few days prior to your arrival to help guide and explain anything you need before, during, and after the event. Players will also get a email and text with pairings.
