2024 PLAYER INFORMATION

Registration
Registration must be done on each day prior to commencing play. Ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your tee time to register.
Scorecard return and scoring.
On completion of your round, ensure you return to the designated “scorecard return area” to confirm your scorecard with your playing partners.
 

Prizes
Competitors may win only one prize. Prizes will be awarded in the following order based on value:
Inclusive Championship
Scratch (0-18 Handicap)
Nett (19-54 Handicap)
Scratch Winner
Scratch Runner Up
Nett Winner
Nett Runner Up
Stableford Winner
Stableford Runner Up

Holes 10 - 27 
Blue – Men's Tee
Red – Women’s Tee

 

Withdrawal
If you are unable to participate, please notify us immediately. On presentation of a medical certificate a full refund will be issued.
 

Food and beverage at Coffs Harbour Golf Club
• There will be Breakfast options at the Golf Club From 7:30am onwards. 
 

  • Round 1 - There will be lunch packs available for each player and caddy including: Sandwich, chocolate bar, bottle of water, and a piece of fruit. This has been emailed out and this is paid by the player
  • Round 2 – There will be a burger and chips provided to each player at no charge after the round has been completed. 
  • The golf club also offers a range different option of food from there bistro menu. 

 

Practice and Other Arrangements
• Competitors will need to book their practice round with Coffs Harbour Golf Club - Please contact them on 0266523266.

 

 

Caddies
You are allowed to have a caddy for the duration of the event.
 

Dress Regulations
All entrants must comply with the Golf NSW Dress Regulations. Jeans will not be permitted.
Distance Measuring Devices
Distance measuring devices may be used.
 

Motorized Transport
Carts have been booked for players who require a cart.
 

Player Responsibilities
All players must adhere to commonly accepted standards of golfing etiquette and sportsmanship. Care of the course is an important aspect of etiquette and particular attention should be paid to the following:
• Repair divots, carry and use a sand bucket
A breach may lead to disqualification and/or to disciplinary proceedings under the Golf NSW Code of Conduct. A player is responsible for the actions of their caddy.
Conditions for State Events and Code of Conduct
The Golf NSW Standard Conditions for State Events and Code of Conduct will apply in accordance with the Championship Entry Conditions. A copy of the Standard Conditions and Code of Conduct is available from the Golf NSW website at www.golfnsw.org.
