CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellation more than two weeks before event - full refund

Cancellation between one and two weeks before event - 50% refund

Cancellation less than one week before event, or failure to cancel - no refund

 

 

WINTER GREEN FEE TERMS

 

Should the course be subject to frost and five or more frost holes are in play a £5 refund

will be made on each green fee. No discount or refund will be offered should four or

less frost holes be in play. Every effort, subject to weather conditions, will be made to

ensure a full course remains open.

 

 

COURSE CLOSURE

 

If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being

closed (e.g. bad weather), you will receive a full refund.

 

 

BOOKING TRANSFERS

 

The Booking is completely transferable.  Should you be unable to make your tee time,

you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend provided

they fulfil the handicap criteria and hold a CDH number.
