REGISTRATION
All players must register from 6:30am - 2:30pm on Wednesday, September 11 in the Clubhouse Foyer and bar area before their practice round at Saugeen Golf Club. If players cannot register on the day of the official practice round, they MUST notify the Golf Canada Tournament Director, Daniel Suppa (dsuppa@golfcanada.ca) and register in the Tournament Office at least 30 minutes before their tee time for Round 1.
Players that do not register may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to a complimentary practice round at Saugeen Golf Club on Wednesday, September 11 from 7:30am - 1:15pm. Beginning on August 7th, players may book their official practice round by calling the Pro Shop at (519) 389-4031 EXT. 102. Tee times may not be booked later than 1:15pm.
Additional practice rounds are available on Monday September 9th and on the day of the Qualifier, Tuesday September 10th, after the Qualifier. Please contact the Pro-Shop at 519) 389-4031 EXT. 102 for details. Normal rates apply.
POWER CARTS
Push Carts and Power Carts are available on a first come first served basis. Please contact the Pro shop
Power carts are PROHIBITED for spectators during the Official Practice Round or championship play.
STARTING TIMES
Starting times for the first and second round will be available online on Tuesday, September 10th after the Qualifying round, and will run from approximately 7:30am - 9:30am / 12:30pm - 2:30pm. Third and final round starting times will be emailed out and available online approximately 1-2 hours after play concludes.
CUT POLICY
After the second round, the field will be reduced to the low 70 and ties based of the Senior divison. A minimum of 5 Super-Seniors will make the cut as well as any Super-Seniors who are within 10 shots of the Super-Senior Leader. Third and final round starting times will be emailed out and available online after play concludes.

Golf Canada will determine the final yardage for the competition 3-4 days before the Official Practice Round. Golf Canada reserves the right to change the tees and yardages based on course and weather conditions.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The following hotels and motels are sponsors and they are offering discounted rates. You may book on their local web sites or simply phone the contact person. In either case reference the group code and the ID. Please contact Stig Lassen js.lassen@bmts.com for inquiries regarding accommodations.
TRANSPORTATION
The Organizing Committee has arranged shuttles to/from Saugeen GC and Host Hotels. Shuttle schedules are available HERE. Shuttles will run on Wednesday to Fridy from 6:00am to 8:30pm and Sunday from 6:00am to 5:00pm
Players are responsible for arranging their own transportation during the Championship. Golf Canada Members can save up to 25% off Avis base rates when making a reservation with Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) number S662200. Visit www.avis.ca/golfcanada to book a rental vehicle.
CADDIES
If you would like to reserve a host club caddie for the championship, please contact the Pro Shop. Players are expected to compensate caddies $50 CAD per round.
YARDAGE GUIDES
Yardage Guides will not be provided.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
Practice range will be open daily from 6:30am - 6:30pm. Range balls are complimentary, courtesy of the host club.
Each player will be assigned a site on the range 1 hour prior to tee time for 30 minutes, please report to the Range Tent for site assignment. The range will have commemorative personalized name signs for your site, these signs will be available for sale @ $20 with proceeds going to a Legacy Project of this tournament.
LOCKERS & CLUB STORAGE
If players are interested in club storage and/or borrowing a locker for the championship, please contact the Pro Shop.
PUSH CARTS
Push carts are available to borrow, courtesy of the host club on a first come first serve basis.
CLUBHOUSE & FOOD SERVICE
The clubhouse will open daily at 6:30am and close at 6:00pm. Players will be provided a complimentary breakfast and lunch at Saugeen Golf Club for each championship round.

ENREGISTREMENT
Toutes les participantes doivent s’enregistrer entre 7h - 14h le lundi 11 septembre, avant leur ronde officielle d’entraînement au Saugeen Golf Club. Si une joueuse n’est pas en mesure de s’enregistrer le jour de la ronde officielle d’entraînement, elle DOIT en aviser le directeur de tournoi de Golf Canada, Sam Meek (dsuppa@golfcanada.ca) et s’enregistrer au moins 30 minutes avant sa première heure de départ pour la première ronde du championnat.
Les joueuses qui ne s’enregistrent pas seront passibles de DISQUALIFICATION.
RONDE OFFICIELLE D'ENTRAÎNEMENT
Tous les joueurs ont droit à une ronde d'entraînement gratuite au Club de golf Saugeen le mercredi 11 septembre de 7 h à 13 h. À partir du 7 août, les joueurs peuvent réserver leur ronde de pratique officielle en appelant la boutique du pro au (519) 389-4031 EXT. 102. Les heures de départ ne peuvent être réservées après 13 heures.
Des tours d'entraînement supplémentaires sont disponibles le lundi 9 septembre et le jour de la qualification, le mardi 10 septembre, après 16 heures. Veuillez contacter le Pro-Shop au 519) 389-4031 EXT. 102 pour plus de détails. Les tarifs normaux s'appliquent.

CASIERS ET RANGEMENT DES BÂTONS

CHARIOTS À MAIN
Des chariots à main sont disponibles, prêtés gracieusement par le club hôte.
PAVILLON ET SERVICES DE RESTAURATION
Le pavillon ouvrira tous les jours à 6h. Les joueurs bénéficieront d’un buffet de petit déjeuner gratuit (6h - 10h30) et d’un déjeuner (11h - 15h30) au Saugeen Golf Club pour chaque ronde de championnat.
