KWGA Guest Day Policy
Guests are non-COK members. They pay only cart fees only -greens fees are waived. This counts as one of their plays (6 total per year, one per month).
A COK member may play one time only as a perspective KWGA member.
Guests must have a handicap in keeping with league limits.
Guests do not participate in the game or the pots.
Check-in time, tent outside Pro Shop: 8:00-8:40
Please be on time! There is a 2-stroke penalty to a player that arrives after check-in.

Sign up email goes out on Tuesday evening and reply is needed by Thursday midnight if you want to play. Any KWGA member (18 and 9 hole league) may play on a Saturday if space allows. You may play for fun or as a “legal” player. To qualify for KWGA Year-End Awards, there must be two (2) eligible 18-Hole League players or two (2) eligible 9-Hole League players that complete their rounds on Saturday. Eligible players are defined as players who did not participate in the weekly Playday of that week (includes players who start and W/D).
