REGISTRATION
All players must register from 7:00am - 1:00pm on Monday, August 26 before their practice round at The Club at North Halton. If players cannot register on the day of the official practice round, they MUST notify Golf Canada Tournament Director, Sam Brown (sbrown@golfcanada.ca) and arrange to register in the tournament office ate least 30 minutes before their tee time for Round 1.
Players that do not register may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to a complimentary practice round at The Club of North Halton on Monday, August 26. Beginning on Monday, June 24, players who have been ACCEPTED into the championship may reserve their official practice round on the Golf Genius Tournament page, HERE. Tee times may not be booked later than 1:20pm. Players must book their Practice Round via the booking portal. Practice Round Tee TImes are NOT to be booked through the host club.
Additional practice rounds are available in the week preceding the championship at the discretion of the host club (dates/times and booking method TBD).
STARTING TIMES
Starting times for the first and second round will be available online on Saturday, August 24. Final round starting times will be emailed out and available online after play concludes.
CUT POLICY
After 36 holes the field will be reduced to the low 70 players and ties, based off the Senior division. A minimum of 5 Super Seniors will make the cut and anyone within 10 shots of the Super Senior leader.

Golf Canada will determine the final yardage for the competition 3-5 days out from the championship. Golf Canada reserves the right to change the tees and yardages based on course and weather conditions.

TRANSPORTATION
Players are responsible for arranging their own transportation during the Championship.

CADDIES
If you would like to reserve a host club caddie for the championship, please contact Marc Bezaire (MBezaire@nhgcc.ca). Players are expected to compensate caddies $50 CAD per round.

Push carts are available to borrow, courtesy of the host club.

PRACTICE FACILITIES
Practice range will be open daily from 6:00am - 6:00pm. Range balls are complimentary, courtesy of the host club. Please note that the range at The Club at North Halton is limited to 175 yards.
LOCKERS
If players are interested in borrowing a locker for the championship, please contact Marc Bezaire (MBezaire@nhgcc.ca).
CLUBHOUSE & FOOD SERVICE
The clubhouse will open daily at 6:00am. Players will be provided a complimentary breakfast and lunch at The Club at North Halton for each championship round.

ENREGISTREMENT
Toutes les participantes doivent s’enregistrer entre 7h - 14h le lundi 26 août, avant leur ronde officielle d’entraînement au The Club at North Halton. Si une joueuse n’est pas en mesure de s’enregistrer le jour de la ronde officielle d’entraînement, elle DOIT en aviser le directeur de tournoi de Golf Canada, Sam Brown (sbrown@golfcanada.ca) et s’enregistrer au moins 30 minutes avant sa première heure de départ pour la première ronde du championnat.
Les joueuses qui ne s’enregistrent pas seront passibles de DISQUALIFICATION.
RONDE D'ENTRAÎNEMENT OFFICIEL
Toutes les joueuses ont droit à une ronde d'entraînement gratuite au The Club at North Halton le lundi 26 août. À partir du jeudi 22 juillet, les joueuses peuvent réserver leur heure de départ pour la ronde d'entraînement officielle, ICI. Les heures de départ ne peuvent être réservées pour plus tard que 1320h.
Des rondes d'entraînement supplémentaires sont disponibles au cours de la semaine précédant le championnat, à la discrétion du club hôte.
HEURES DE DEPART
Les heures de départ du premier et du deuxième ronde seront disponibles en ligne le samedi 24 août. Les heures de départ de la ronde finale seront envoyées par courriel et affichées en ligne environ 1 à 2 heures après la fin du jeu de la ronde précédente
POLITIQUE DE COUPERET
Après 36 trous, le tableau sera ramené aux 70 premières places de la catégorie sénior, y compris les égalités. Un minimum de 5 super séniors seront qualifiés pour la finale, de même que quiconque sera à 10 coups ou moins du meneur des super séniors.

Golf Canada déterminera le métrage final de la compétition 3 à 5 jours avant le championnat. Golf Canada se réserve le droit de modifier les tertres et les verges en fonction des conditions du parcours et de la météo.

Si vous souhaitez réserver les services d’un cadet du club hôte pour le championnat, veuillez contacter Marc Bezaire (MBezaire@nhgcc.ca). L’on s’attend à ce que les joueuses rémunèrent leur cadet 50 $ par ronde.

Des chariots à main sont disponibles, prêtés gracieusement par le club hôte.
PAVILLON ET SERVICES DE RESTAURATION
Le pavillon ouvrira tous les jours à 6h. Les joueuses bénéficieront d’un buffet de petit déjeuner gratuit et d’un déjeuner au The Club at North Halton pour chaque ronde de championnat.
