REGISTRATION
All players must register from 7:30am- 2:00pm on Monday, August 19 before or after their official practice round at Carleton Golf & Yacht Club. If players cannot register on the day of the official practice round, they MUST notify Golf Canada Tournament Director, Daniel Suppa (dsuppa@golfcanada.ca) and register in the Tournament Office at least 30 minutes before their tee time for round 1.
Players that do not register may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to a complimentary practice round at Carleton Golf & Yacht Club, on Monday, August 19 from 7:30am - 1:00pm. Beginning on Thursday, July 11, official practice round tee times can be booked through the Golf Genius Tournament Page, HERE. Tee times may not be booked later than 1:00pm.
POWER CARTS
Power carts are PROHIBITED for players, caddies, and spectators during the Official Practice Round or championship play. Medical exemptions may be considered if a Transportation Request Form is submitted at least one week in advance.
STARTING TIMES AND CUT
Starting times for the first and second round will be available online on Saturday, August 17. Third and final starting round times will be emailed out and available online approximately 1-2 hours after play concludes.
CUT POLICY
After the second round, the field will be reduced to top 70 and ties based off the Mid-Amateur division. A minimum of 10 Mid-Masters will make the cut and anyone within 10 shots of the Mid-Master leader.

Golf Canada will determine the final yardage for the competition 3-5 days out from the championship. Golf Canada reserves the right to change the tees and yardages based on course and weather conditions.

TRANSPORTATION
Players are responsible for arranging their own transportation during the Championship.

CADDIES
If you would like to reserve a host club caddie for the championship, please contact Phil Byrne (byrnephil27@gmail.com). Players are expected to compensate caddies $50 CAD per round.
PUSH CARTS
Push carts are available to borrow, courtesy of the host club on a first come first serve basis.
COURSE GUIDE
Players will receive a complimentary Course Guide for Carleton Golf & Yacht Club.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
Practice range at Carleton Golf & Yacht Club will be open daily from 6:30am - 6:00pm. There are only 8 stalls available at Carleton Golf & Yacht Club. These stalls will be used by the 2 upcoming groups tee-times throughout the day. Range balls are complimentary, courtesy of the host club.

ENREGISTREMENT
Tous les participantes doivent s’enregistrer entre 7h - 14h le lundi 19 août , avant leur ronde officielle d’entraînement au Carleton Golf & Yacht Club. Si une joueur n’est pas en mesure de s’enregistrer le jour de la ronde officielle d’entraînement, elle DOIT en aviser le directeur de tournoi de Golf Canada, Daniel Suppa (dsuppa@golfcanada.ca) et s’enregistrer au moins 30 minutes avant sa première heure de départ pour la première ronde du championnat.
Les joueuses qui ne s’enregistrent pas seront passibles de DISQUALIFICATION.
RONDE D'ENTRAÎNEMENT OFFICIEL
Toutes les joueurs ont droit à une ronde d’entraînement gratuite au Carleton Golf & Yacht Club le lundi 19 août de 7h à 13h. À partir du jeudi 11 juillet, les joueurs peuvent réserver leur ronde officielle d’entraînement sur la page du tournoi de Golf Genius ICI. Les heures de départ ne peuvent être réservées pour plus tard que 13h.
Les voiturettes de golf motorisées sont INTERDITES aux participantes, entraîneurs ou spectateurs pendant la ronde officielle d’entraînement et les rondes du championnat.
HEURES DE DEPART
Les heures de départ pour la première et la deuxième ronde seront affichées en ligne le samedi 17 août . Les heures de départ de la troisième ronde et de la ronde finale seront envoyées par courriel et affichées en ligne environ 1 à 2 heures après la fin du jeu de la ronde précédente
POLITIQUE DE COUPERET
Après 36 trous, le champ sera réduit aux 70 joueurs les plus bas et aux ex-aequo, sur la base de la division Mid-Amateur. Un minimum de 5 Mid-Masters feront le cut et toute personne se trouvant à moins de 10 coups du leader Mid-Master. Les heures de départ du tour final seront envoyées par courriel et disponibles en ligne après la fin du jeu.

Golf Canada déterminera le métrage final de la compétition 3 à 5 jours avant le championnat. Golf Canada se réserve le droit de modifier les tertres et les verges en fonction des conditions du parcours et de la météo.

Le pavillon ouvrira tous les jours à 6h. Les joueurs bénéficieront de petit déjeuner gratuit et d’un déjeuner au Carleton Golf & Yacht Club pour chaque ronde de championnat.
