PARENT CHILD CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRATION

Pairings, scoring, and results may be viewed in this portal throughout the event.
2024 Championship Information:
- Registration: Please check in on clubhouse porch at arrival. Players will be called to carts at 8:45am for announcements.
- Tee gift and range balls will be available at registration.
- Start Time: Shotgun Start is at 9AM (SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON FIELD SIZE AND WEATHER).
- Format: Chapman Scotch - Partners both drive from respective tees, then each play's a second shot with the other's ball. After second shots, a choice is made regarding the ball with which the hole will be completed. Each player will continue alternating shots until the ball is holed.
- It is acceptable for players to swap the ball in play with his/her own preferred ball when playing from partner's previous shot.
- Divisions:
- Child Age 9 & Under (9-Holes Only) - 9U teams may opt to play in 12U 18-Hole division if preferred.
- Child Age 12 & Under
- Child Age 13-17
- Child Age 18+
- Tees:
RED: Ladies, Men - 70+ / GOLD: Men - 60+, Juniors - 13-14 / WHITE: Males - 15-59 / ORANGE: Juniors - 10-12 / CAROLINA: Juniors - 9U
- Scoring: Signed scorecards should be turned in at scoring table in dining area immediately following play.
- We will ask that each pairing post scores on the Golf Genius App throughout play AND each team mark & score their group's paper cards to sign and turn in following play.
- Live scoring, daily pairings, and results can all be followed in the Golf Genius PARENT CHILD CHAMPIONSHIP PORTAL
- Lunch: Will be available for you at the bar once scorecards are turned in Saturday afternoon.
- Carts/Caddies: One (1) Cart per team is included in your entry fee.
- Evans Scholar youth caddies can be available by request. Suggested gratuity is $20 per bag. Please notify Marshall Ormand if you'd like to inquire about taking a caddie!
- Pace of Play: Pace of play will be closely monitored at a maximum pace of 4 1/2 hours. Please do your part in keeping up with pace:
- Walk quickly between shots, prepare in advance, and be ready to play when it is your turn.
- Code of Conduct: The Municipal Golf Course Code of Conduct policy is in effect for all City Championships. Please review prior to arrival.
