POLICIES, PROCEDURES, & GUIDELINES:
Prior to participating, participants must review the Policies & Procedures.
STRACKALINE YARDAGE BOOK:
The SCGA and StrackaLine have teamed up to allow our participants the availability to purchase StrackaLine Yardage & Green booklets at a discounted rate. Please click here to purchase your StrackaLine Booklet for Seven Oaks CC. All booklets conform to the Rules of Golf and may be used in tournament play.
CHAMPIONSHIP SCHEDULE & FORMAT:
- 54 holes; individual stroke play.
- The field will be flighted based on the Handicap Index as of October 14, although all flights will compete without handicaps.
- Following the second round, the field will be cut to the low 30 scores plus ties, regardless of flight.
- Flight winners will be awarded after the second round.
- The California Senior Women’s Amateur champion will be the player with the low 54-hole gross total.
- Additionally, the super senior contestant (age 65 or older) with the low 36-hole total will also be awarded. If two or more super seniors advance to the final round, their 54-hole total will determine the champion.
- In the event of a tie for first place only, there will be a hole-by-hole playoff immediately following the conclusion of regular play.
PRACTICE ROUNDS:
- Practice rounds are available on a first-come, first-serve basis from Tuesday, 10/22 to Friday, 10/25 and Sunday, 10/27.
- Call the pro-shop at (661) 664-6474 to book a tee time.
- Green fee $50. Carts are included. Please note the front 9 (Oaks) will be cart path only.
- Practice rounds are for players only. Players may bring a caddie, but the caddie may not play.
REGISTRATION:
All participants must check in at the registration table located outside the pro shop on Monday. Registration begins at 6:30 a.m.
STARTING TIMES AND PAIRINGS:
- Starting times and pairings will be e-mailed to players and posted online at scga.org and ncga.org one week in advance of the championship.
- Starting times will range from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Monday and Tuesday off Holes #1 & #10.
- Starting times will range from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday off Hole #1.
- The lead group should plan to be at their assigned tee 10 minutes in advance of their starting time. Subsequent groups are encouraged to arrive once the preceding group has teed off. Players arriving late will be penalized under Rule 5.3a of the Rules of Golf. For example, the 9:00 a.m. starting time is defined as 9:00:00, and players arriving after that time are considered late.
TEES & YARDAGE:

DRIVING RANGE:
- The driving range and practice facilities will be open by 7:00 a.m. each day of the championship.
FOOD SERVICE & PURCHASES:
- Lunch will be hosted for players each day of the championship between 12:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- The restaurant will be closed on Monday and open for lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
- Only major credit cards will be accepted.
RULES OF PLAY:
- The Rules of Golf as approved by the USGA and The R&A govern play.

AUTOMOTIVE TRANSPORTATION, PULL/PUSH CARTS:
- Automotive transportation is included in the entry fee.
- There will be a maximum of two carts per group and two bags per cart.
- Each player is entitled to one seat in a cart. If a player brings a caddie, the caddie may ride provided there is a vacant seat in one of the carts. Otherwise, either the player or the caddie must walk.
- Pull or push carts (including motorized pull or push carts) are allowed.
CADDIES & SPECTATORS:
- Players may provide their own caddie.
- Spectators are permitted but are not allowed in carts. Spectators must adhere to all policies set forth by the facility.
DRESS CODE:
Appropriate golf attire must be worn, including adhering to any facility-specific policies.
CANCELATIONS & REFUNDS:
- To withdraw for any reason prior to the start of the competition, a player must notify the SCGA at champs@scga.org or (818) 980-3630.
- Failure to notify tournament staff will subject the player to suspension from future SCGA and NCGA competitions.
- Refund Policy:
- Cancelation prior to the entry closing date: Full refund less a $20 administrative fee.
- Cancelation after the entry closing date and more than 48 hours prior to the start of the competition: 50% of the entry fee.
- Cancelation within 48 hours of the start of the competition: No refund.
