The Golf NS Women's Pinehurst Championship will feature a maximum of 144 players.

CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT

 

The Golf NS Women's Pinehurst Championship is an 18-hole Pinehurst Championship:

 

Pinehurst: there will be one (1) crossover on every hole

 

Each Hole:

• 1st stroke - each partner hits their ball off the tee
• 2nd stroke - partners crossover and hit each other's ball
• 3rd stroke - partners choose one of the balls to complete the hole and play an alternate shot until the ball is holed.  The owner of the ball (who hit ball off tee) plays the 3rd stroke. 
• The team may decide in which order to tee off to begin a hole 

Day 1: Registration & Round 1 of play, followed by a prize presentation

PLAY-OFFS

 

In the event of a tie for the title, the championship by a hole-by-hole playoff immediately following the conclusion of play. Any teams or players tied for other positions will remain tied and prizes awarded accordingly.
