REGISTRATION
All players must register prior to beginning play on June 8th.
A registration table/area will be identified at each host course.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
All players are entitled to a complimentary practice round at both Berwick Heights Golf Course & Paragon Golf & Country Club prior to the event.
Players can start booking their Practice Rounds by calling the host clubs.

Please be mindful that the host sites may have Men's and Ladies' leagues throughout the week and other events leading up to the championship. Both courses will be able to provide you with dates and times that are available.
STARTING TIMES
Starting times for round one will be communicated two weeks before the event unless the registration deadline has been extended.
The starting times for round two will be within division, based on round one scoring and
communicated as soon as possible after day one completion.
CADDIES
Caddies are allowed.
A player must identify their caddie to the starter prior starting play on each day of the competition.
IMPORTANT - A player is responsible for a caddie's actions during a round and to know the Rules of Golf as they pertain to the use of a caddie - please refer to Rule 10.3. Please also be reminded that a Caddie is not a Spectator and vice versa.

CLUBHOUSE & FOOD SERVICE
The clubhouse restaurants at Berwick Heights & Paragon will be open all day including breakfast for Rounds 1 and 2 of the competition.
Each player is entitled to a $20 Food Voucher that can be redeemed at the course you played your first round. Food Vouchers can ONLY be redeemed on Day 1 of the championship.
PRACTICE FACILITIES
Driving range and practice green are available onsite at both host facilities.
