Golf Genius ::

Report to the registration desk in the clubhouse 30 mins before your tee time where I will be waiting to meet you. You will be asked to supply an emergency contact name and number for the day.
There are some practice nets and a putting green available for your use.
Please do not wear the same shoes in the clubhouse as you do on the course. Shoes should be changed in the locker rooms.
Arrive at the first tee 10 mins before your allocated tee time. Christine Bishop, Olcga president, has agreed to be starter. Christine will advise you of any special course conditions that apply on the day.

You will be playing the red course – 18 holes medal or stableford
Caddies are not allowed
Local rules are on the back of the scorecard and any specific rules of the day will be advised by the starter.
Janet Beal, EG County Referee, has agreed to be referee and will be on the course to assist with rulings and to check on pace of play. She will be accompanied by Chris Evans who is also a qualified referee.
Please maintain a good pace of play

Spectators are more than welcome as long as they are keep a safe distance and do not offer advice or question players.
Please be aware that there will be members playing the course in front of and behind the girls.
Try to walk in the rough and not the middle of the fairways.
Change your shoes before going into the clubhouse

There will be a presentation of trophies and prizes in the clubhouse.
The Scratch & Nett Trophies can be won by the same girl.
There are runners-up prizes for both gross and nett, but players can only win one prize.
The is a prize for the best Stableford.
The County Team Trophy is for the best 3 nett results in the medal.

Please note:- to keep entry costs down no refreshments are included in the entry fee.
A range of snacks light meals and drinks can be purchased in the clubhouse.
