Maximum field size 128.
Competitors must meet the following requirements:
1. Being from an Indigenous Community (First Nations, Métis, Inuit). Please note a supporting letter from an Indigenous Community may be required to confirm affiliation.
2. Having Amateur Status.
3. Active membership with Golf Canada.
Priority will be given to registrants who:
- Are residents of British Columbia.
- Have an up-to-date Golf Canada Handicap Index visible on the Golf Canada Score Centre not exceeding 30.0 for women and 22.0 for men at the time of online registration.
Entries are accepted until May 20th, 2024 at 11PM.
If the field is not filled at the entry deadline, British Columbia Golf reserves the right to accept the following players:
- Out of province players who meet handicap requirements.
- Players exceeding handicap limits.
Of the 128 golfers, division sizes will be restricted to:
- 64 Women
- 64 Men
Note: If there are division spots that remain un-filled one month before the Championship, British Columbia Golf may re-allocate spots to other divisions.
Categories
Players will compete in the following categories based on their gender indicated at registration:
- Men's Gross
- Women's Gross
- Men's Net Stableford (must have verifiable Handicap Index® visible on the Golf Canada Score Centre)
- Women's Net Stableford (must have verifiable Handicap Index® visible on the Golf Canada Score Centre)
Golfers without a verifiable, peer reviewed Handicap Index® will only compete in the Gross division
