Schedule of Events on June 24th

Registration: Registration can be done online by clicking "Register" at the top of this page. Call Yvonne or Eric at (860)693-6127 to pay offline by check. Checks should be made payable to FOCUS Center for Autism and mailed to PO Box 452, Canton, CT 06019.

 

Contests and mulligans: These are available for purchase at the check-in table on the day of the event.

 

Check-in: Check-in starts at 10 am in the clubhouse. Please give yourself ample time to check in, practice, eat lunch, and be at your golf cart before the shotgun starts at 12 pm.

 

Tee times: There will be a shotgun start at 12 pm. Foursomes will self-designate a team captain to prepare their team for tee-off.

 

Tournament Format: The tournament will be a scramble format. Each player tees off. The team picks the best shot, and all players then hit from that location. This continues throughout each hole. There is no required minimum number of drives used by each team member.

 

Carts: Carts will be assigned to specific golfers.

 

Lunch: A BBQ lunch on the clubhouse patio will be served from 11:00-11:45 am.

 

Beverage and Snacks: Three hydration stations will be set up at holes #6, #11, and 16 with complimentary snacks, soda, sports drinks, water, and a keg of domestic beer. The clubhouse bar will be open as a cash bar throughout the day for drinks, but no other food will be available during play. Soft drinks are complimentary throughout the day, including the social hour.


 

Social Hour: There will be a social hour immediately following play around 5 pm with cold hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar.

 

Dinner:  A buffet dinner will be served around 6 pm in the banquet room. The tables in the bar area and patio will also be available.

 

Raffle and Auction: Items will be on display throughout the day in the clubhouse. The raffle and auction will close around 5:45. Winners will be listed near the raffle tables by 6:30, so please check before you leave for the night!
