2025 British Columbia Golf Cloud Series Schedule, and Prizing
2025 Schedule
The 2025 Cloud Series will consist of 6 events. 1 event per month April through September. Each event will have a score posting period of 20 days. These will be the last 20 days of each month, so if a month has 30 days teams will be able to play and post their scores on any day from the 10th through the 30th. Each event will be free to enter and registration will open two months prior to the event! (Example - April registration will open February 10th)

New to the series in 2025 will be the introduction of Men's division. For our first two seasons the Cloud Series was just a Women's program, however in 2025 we will have the Men's Cloud Series to go along with the Women's Series. The event formats and dates will be the same for the Men's events as it is for the Women.
2025 Event Prizes
Shop Credit Prizes
Top finishers overall and in each flight will receive shop credit or gift cards to their home pro shop. In 2025 we will be giving out 8 credit prizes per event (Men's and Women's) which is an increase from 6 in 2024. Here is a breakdown of the shop credit prizes:
- 1st Overall Gross : $100.00 per player
- 1st Overall Net : $100.00 per player
- 1st Net (Flights 1, 2, and 3) : $75.00 per player
- 2nd Net (Flights 1,2, and 3) : $50.00 per player
Tee Gifts
New for 2025 each player who plays in the Cloud Series will receive a Cloud Series bag tag as a tee gift. The bag tag will include our new Cloud Series logo and will allow all players to proudly display on their golf bags that they are " British Columbia Golf Cloud Series Members".
Draw Prizes
Additionally each event we will be giving out draw prizes to 4 teams. 2 Men's teams and 2 Women's Teams. The draw prizes will be provided by some of our Cloud Series sponsors which you can read about here.
Season End Grand Participation Prize
At the conclusion of the series 3 players from the Men's Series and 3 players from the Women's Series will be drawn for a grand participation prize. This draw prize will be 100% participation based and players will likely have to play in all events available to them to be eligible.
