Tournament Format

 

The Harvey Norman A.C.T Week of Golf is a World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) and Golf Australia Junior Order of Merit (GA OOM) event.

 

The tournament will be played over 72 Holes in four days from Tuesday 2nd - Friday 5th January 2023. There will be no cut, with all players playing on all four days.

 

Monday 1st January is the Official Practice Day, however due to this day being a public holiday, the course will also be open to members and visitors. All players MUST book a practice round tee time in advance with the Pro Shop.

• Tee Times from 7:00am to 9:00am (1st & 10th Tee)

 

Wednesday 3rd January

• Round 2 - Harvey Norman A.C.T Week of Golf
• Tee Times from 7:00am to 9:00am (1st & 10th Tee)

 

Thursday 4th January

• Round 3 - Harvey Norman A.C.T Week of Golf
• Seeded Draw
• Tee Times from 7:00am to 9:00am (1st & 10th Tee)

 

Friday 5th January

• Round 4 - Harvey Norman A.C.T Week of Golf
• Seeded Draw
• Tee Times from 7:00am to 9:00am (1st & 10th Tee)
• Presentation at 2:00pm

 

 

 

Tournament Conditions

• In the event of a tie for first place at the completion of 72 Holes in any Scratch Division, a sudden death playoff will take place (if the playoff cannot be completed for any reason, joint winners will be declared).
• All other ties (Runner Up, 3rd Place, or any Nett Divisions) will be decided via a countback.

 

 

The Championship Committee will comprise the JNJG General Manager, Head Tournament Rules Official, or their appointees. In the absence of a full Championship Committee, such members that may be present at the time may give a decision, and any decision so given will be deemed to be a decision of the full Championship Committee.
