All players must register in advance to participate.  Walk ups will not be accepted

A few things to note as you fill out the registration

• Email is parent/guardians primary email
• First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Gender, and Playing Level, are all child’s information
• If you chose the discounted rate for Youth on Course, please provide their active YOC number below
