2023 Team Match Play

Teams will consist of (2) members. Each player plays their own ball for the hole, using 1 NET score of 2 for their team best ball on the hole against their opponent. Each match will be 18 holes using USGA rules for match play.
Men:

Hdcp Index 18 and Under: Blue Tees

Hdcp Index Over 18 or Men over 60 White Tees

Over the age of 70 with Index over 15 Silver Tees

Each player’s USGA Handicap will be adjusted based off the tees you play. **The app will be dotted off the lowest handicap member of the foursome. With a max of 28 strokes for 18 holes. Reminder: The change in World Handicap system has changed the configuration of strokes based off course ratings.
SCORING: Please use the Golf Genius App for scoring. Recommend: using separate scorecard to compare scores at the end of your match.
All matches will be up to date on the app so you will know who you play. You can schedule your matches at anytime on either course. Please inform Tim when you schedule your match to set the correct course on Golf Genius.
We will play the woods as Penalty Areas. Drop your ball from Knee height from the point at which it FIRST crossed the hazard boundary.
NO DROPS ZONES IN PLAY ON ANY HOLES-PLAY THE COURSE AS INTENDED
Each Round your handicap will be updated.
Ties will be broken by sudden death playoff- Strokes will be given on same holes as the match.
Play your match before the deadline date. Call your opponents to

schedule the match that is best for both teams. If you lose your 1st match-your team will play in the consolation bracket. 2 games min.

Deadline Dates:

Round 1: Saturday, June 17th

Round 2: Saturday, July 15th

Round 3: Saturday, August 2nd

Round 4: Saturday, August 26th

FINALS : Satruday, Sept 16th
