ABOUT THE COURSE
KickingBird Golf Club
KickingBird Golf Club, built in 1971, is Edmond's oldest golf course. It was designed by Floyd Farley and opened on May 29, 1971. On opening weekend over 950 rounds of golf were played over three days. KickingBird Golf Club has received many awards as the best public golf course in the state and is still recognized as one of the best public courses in the Oklahoma City area. It has been chosen as Edmond's Favorite Golf Course for several years running.
The City of Edmond acquired the land to develop the golf course from the Reynolds family and the name "Kickingbird" traces back to Milton Reynolds. Milton Reynolds was the founder of the Edmond Evening Sun. His close friend was a Kiowa Indian Chief by the name of KickingBird, which Reynolds used as his pen name when writing of Indian Affairs.
The course has four sets of tees that offer a challenge to golfers of all skill levels.

EDMOND CUP SERIES 2024
FORMAT
18-hole stroke play championship. All entries are on a first come, first served basis. A sudden death on-course playoff will be held to determine winners of any flight that is tied after 18 holes, weather and course availability permitting.
Entry Fee: $135
Field Size : 60 Players
Entry Deadline: MONDAY APRIL 1st @ 11:00 PM CST - there will a $20 late fee added to any registration that takes place after the entry deadline, subject to approval by the Tour Director .
Includes: 18 holes of golf w/ cart, range balls, prize fund for top finishers (25-30%) in each flight, tournament setup & scoring
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Registration / Check-In: 10:30 am
All participants must check-in with the tournament committee At Least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled tee time. Players will have the opportunity to enter into the optional $20 skins and/or $10 giant skins games (cash only) at this time.
Starting Times: Starting at 12:00 pm
Starting times/pairings will typically be emailed to each participant and posted on the tournament webpage 48 hours in advance of the tournament.
Awards Ceremony: 3:00 pm - 5:00pm ( When your flight has completed competition )
