PLAYER INFORMATION
Registration
Registration must be done on each day prior to commencing play. Ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your tee time to register and collect your scorecard.
Tee Times
There will be Double shotgun start both days. Times will be: 7:30am & 1pm
Collection of Shirts
If you purchased a Player Shirt, please collect on the first day of play from the registration desk.
Scorecard return and scoring
On completion of your round, ensure you return your scorecard to the designated ‘scorecard return area’. Scoring will be displayed in the clubhouse, as well as being available online at www.golfnsw.org.au
Prizes
Competitors may win only one prize. Prizes will be awarded in the following order based on value:

Friday 8th March
Practice – Golf Course is open late for practice rounds.
Dinner – Wu’s Chinese Restaurant Smorgasbord at the Services club and Squeaky Sound Box Playing till late. Mega Meat Raffles from 7:30pm
Saturday 9th March
Breakfast: Coffee Van at course, Half way bar open on course all day
Lunch – All Day BBQ at the Halfway house and Clubhouse with drink specials.
Dinner – Dinner at the Golf Club (Menu to follow)
Sunday 10th March
Breakfast – Coffee Van at course, Half way bar open on course all day
Lunch – All Day BBQ at the Halfway house and Clubhouse with drink specials.
Dinner – Presentation after the final scorecards are in. Wu’s Chinese Restaurant Buffet at the Services Club.
Practice and Other Arrangements
Trundle Golf Club will be open late for practice rounds on Friday. Please book with Trundle Golf Club prior.
PLEASE NOTE: ANYONE WHO HAS A CARAVAN, PLEASE AVOID PARKING IN THE GOLF CLUBS CAR PARK!
Smooth Off
After the first shotgun on Saturday, we will be conducting a scrap off. We ask that each club bring a Smoother from there club to see which has the best designed scraper. We want to see who can produce the smoothest sand greens scrap in the state.
This is to help us have a design for the two World Sand Greens Championships this year! And the winner will win a case of beer!
Withdrawal
If you are unable to participate, please notify us immediately. On presentation of a medical certificate a full refund will be issued.
Dress Regulations
All entrants must comply with the Golf NSW Dress Regulations. Jeans will not be permitted.
Distance Measuring Devices
Distance measuring devices may be used.
Motorised Transport
Entrants are welcomed to ride in their own carts, Trundle Golf Club has no carts for hire. Golf NSW takes no responsibility for the availability of golf carts, you are welcome to bring your own.
Player Responsibilities
All players must adhere to commonly accepted standards of golfing etiquette and sportsmanship. Care of the course is an important aspect of etiquette and particular attention should be paid to the following:
- Repair divots, carry and use a sand bucket
A breach may lead to disqualification and/or to disciplinary proceedings under the Golf NSW Code of Conduct. A player is responsible for the actions of their caddy.
Conditions for State Events and Code of Conduct
The Golf NSW Standard Conditions for State Events and Code of Conduct will apply in accordance with the Championship Entry Conditions. A copy of the Standard Conditions and Code of Conduct is available from the Golf NSW website at www.golfnsw.org.
