To compete in the BC Junior (U19), players must be 18 years of age or younger as of August 1, 2024.

 

Junior Girls

Maximum Field Size: 36

Players who made the cut in the prior year's championship and players with a verifiable Handicap Index® of 10.0 or less will be automatically accepted into the championship upon receipt of entry up until 1 month prior to the start date of the event, maximum field of 36.

After that date all other entries will be reviewed and accepted into the championship based on lowest Handicap Index®. Maximum Handicap Index® 18.0.

Any spots that remain open one month prior to the Championship will be reallocated to the Junior Boys.

 

Junior Boys

Maximum Field Size: 120

The following are the zone allocations for the 2024 BC Junior Boys’ Championship to be contested at Gallagher’s Canyon Golf & Country Club from July 1 – July 5. All players must qualify for the Championship or fulfill one of the exemption categories. Qualifiers for the BC Junior Boys are linked here.

 

• Zone 1E – 3 exemptions  

• Zone 1W – 3 exemptions  

• Zone 2 – 18 exemptions  

• Zone 3 – 17 exemptions  

• Zone 4 – 30 exemptions  

• Zone 5 – 10 exemptions

• Zone 8N – 3 exemptions  

• Zone 8S – 3 exemptions  

• Whitehorse – 1 exemption
