We've added the ability for golfers to view their competition wallet balance and top it up directly from the Golf Genius Club App, whenever they need to.
Golfers told us they wanted a faster way to keep their balance topped up for competitions — so entering events, in advance or on the day, is one less thing to think about.
Competition wallet top-ups let golfers view their competition wallet balance and add funds directly from the Golf Genius Club App, so they are always ready to enter events. Golfers can use preset amounts or enter their own, pay by card or wallet, and then use the balance to enter competitions.
In practice, this means a golfer can open the Golf Genius Club App on a Friday evening, see their current competition wallet balance, and top it up in a few taps before a busy weekend of events. When they arrive at the club for a Saturday competition, they simply check in and use their existing balance, with no need to search for cash.
